Asia Monet Ray is well on her way to becoming the “next Beyoncé.”

The “Dance Moms” alum just celebrated her 11th birthday and is starting her year off right by wowing the Web with the release of her latest music video, a cover of Katy Perry’s “Rise.” The song recently premiered on Asia’s YouTube channel and is closing in on 90,000 view and counting, receiving a majority of positive reviews in its wake.

“I want to thank you all for your support & Love on this new cover. Your comments mean so much to me and I thank you for motivating me everyday!!” Asia wrote on Instagram after the song’s release, including a behind-the-scenes look at her video shoot. “Thank you again for watching and sharing, Love you guys.”

“Rise” is just one of many songs Asia has performed in recent months. Her cover of “Mary, Did You Know?” gained over a half million views since its December 2015 release, and her original songs have also gained a following. And luckily for fans of Asia’s music, it appears she’s not stopping with the release of “Rise.” The “American Crime Story” actress recently revealed in a YouTube Q&A she sees a lot more singing, as well as dancing and acting, in her future.

“Being in another movie on the big screen, co-writing more music, and writing some more music, coming out with more albums, maybe even selling out concert and maybe even having my own fashion line!” she dished of her dreams.

Asia rose to fame in 2012 starring on Lifetime’s “Dance Moms” spinoff “Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition.” She went on to star on “Dance Moms” for one season before getting her own show, “Raising Asia.” She has since earned roles in the movie “Sister Code,” guest starred on ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy” and played O.J. Simpson’s (Cuba Gooding Jr.) daughter Sydney in FX’s Emmy award-winning “People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.”
