The Asus ZenFone 2 Deluxe, the premium variant of the flagship smartphone from the Taiwanese tech giant that was released in March 2015, is now available on preorders with Gear Best with a price tag of $269. The handset is one of the first smartphones to feature 4 GB of RAM.

The Asus ZenFone 2 (Deluxe ZE551ML) features very attractive polygon pattern on its rear panel, the Times of India reported. It is fitted with a 5.5-inch display that supports full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Unlike other flagships that either feature Snapdragon or MediaTek chip, the ZenFone 2 Deluxe is powered by Intel Atom Z3580 chipset.

The SoC features a 64-bit quad-core processor that clocks at 2.3 GHz and PowerVR G6430 graphics. The native storage of the variant that is on preorders with Gear Best is 32 GB.

According to the listing of GSM Arena, the Asus has released the handset in other internal storage versions such as 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB. The phone is also available in lower RAM variant of 2 GB.

The ZenFone 2 Deluxe supports up to 128 GB of microSD on its external storage slot. It features a dual LED enabled rear camera of 13-megapixel and on its front, there is a camera of 5-megapixel. It comes preloaded with Android 5.0 Lollipop.

The Deluxe edition of the Asus ZenFone 2 supports connectivity features such as 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi and more. It is packed with a battery of 3,000 mAh capacity.

The Asus ZenFone 2 Deluxe is available on preorders from Aug. 26 with Gear Best along with free shipping to customers across the globe. It is only selling the blue colored variant of the Asus phablet, and the presale offer will expire on Sept. 20.
