Audrina Patridge Flaunts Hot Bikini Body, Her Workout Routine And Diet Secrets [PHOTOS]

Just when you thought she was off the radar since her days as a reality star on MTV's The Hills, Audrina Patridge is back in the limelight again after she was spotted wearing a tiny bikini flaunting her hot body in photos from a party.

Patridge, 27, was seen on Sunday at Foxwoods Resort Casino's Liquid Sundays pool party on Sunday in Mashantucket, Conn. She posed for photos wearing a tiny black and white bikini with gold clasps while reportedly frolicking at the party. Us Weekly reported that Patridge splashed around with friends and fans, munched on poolside snacks and sipped special Crown Royal cocktails while wearing the bikini, something that is second nature to the California-born beauty.

I don't even think twice about wearing a swimsuit because it's always been a part of my lifestyle, she told Shape magazine last year, but I have girlfriends who are so afraid to show their bodies. They won't take off their towels at the beach or pool. It's a shame because everyone can look good in a suit.

So how exactly does Patridge, who is dating motocross rider Corey Bohan, keep up such a great, svelte figure?

Part of it is finding the perfect bikini, Patridge told Shape.

So many women will buy one they see a celebrity wearing, thinking it'll look good on them too. But often it doesn't flatter their figure, she said. Be open-minded. Even if you think you know what works on your body, you may be really surprised by the results.

But aside from selecting bikinis, Patridge reportedly works out two or three times a week with her trainer, Jarett DelBene, doing what the California-based trainer calls body box.

We alternate rounds of boxing combinations that include punches and kicks with circuits of body weight-only strength moves, DelBene told Shape. It's high intensity, so you burn lots of calories while you're firming up. And because the exercises don't use any gear, Patridge can stick to them whether she's on the road or at home.

DelBene said this plan, detailed on Shape, is what has made Audrina Patridge's abs as rock hard as they are.
