Audrina Patridge has just been granted sole custody of her and Corey Bohan’s daughter, Kirra Max.

According to the court documents obtained by The Blast, Patridge has also been given custody of their dog, Lady. Patridge and Bohan, who were only married for 10 months, ended their union a few weeks ago after the TV personality requested for a temporary restraining order against the professional BMX driver.

A source told People at that time, “She got the restraining order because she was afraid how he would retaliate when she filed for divorce. Corey has said to Audrina multiple times, ‘If you leave me, I’ll come after you.’ So she had to get some additional protection.”

Patridge cited irreconcilable differences as the main reason for their split. The actress’ rep told People in a statement, “Audrina’s number one concern is for her daughter and she asks for privacy at this time.” Patridge also detailed the multiple instances that Bohan allegedly abused her emotionally.

“I am fearful of Corey’s temper because he cannot control his swearing and personal attacks on me, even when in the presence of our young daughter. I fled my home with our daughter on Sept. 6 and have been staying with my parents because of Bohan’s abusive behavior. Bohan is holding all of my personal possessions and my home hostage, knowing he has no claim whatsoever to this property,” she said.

Bohan denied Patridge’s accusations in a legal response three days after her divorce filing.

Meanwhile, the court has also granted Bohan visitation rights of their 15-month-old daughter. However, Kirra must be picked up by Bohan at the police station and not at Patridge’s home. The court has also ordered the estranged couple to register for Talking Parents, a communications service that will record their conversations.

Following their divorce filing, Bohan has agreed to leave the couple’s home. But “The Hills” star has been requested to pay her ex-husband $35,000 for the recent work done on their house.

Meanwhile, Patridge decided to drop her daughter off at Bohan’s house days after their divorce. She was accompanied by her friend, and their meeting was also done in public. “Audrina and Corey spoke briefly. There was some obvious tension between them.
