Augme Technologies, Inc., a strategic services and technology company for consumer and healthcare brands, recently announced the launch of its new brand, which includes visual and verbal expression of the company’s operations, reflecting the company’s 2011 milestones as it achieved a 700 percent increase in revenue over the previous year.

The new brand showcases a simplified logo, “mSolutions for mMarketing,” reflecting its mobile solutions and products, mConsumer and mHealth. Augme launched its mobile marketing business more than six years ago, and recently achieved a milestone of quarterly revenue at approximately $1.0 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011.

The company attributes this growth primarily to the development of mobile marketing strategies for a growing number of blue chip brands, including big names like Kellogg Company, News Corp. of America and LIONSGATE®.

The company’s patented AD LIFE™v 4.0 software-as-a-service mobile marketing software platform, announced last week, has been a key driver in the company’s strengthening position in the industry.

“Augme has experienced exponential growth quickly due to its patented AD LIFE™ mobile platform, allowing us to focus on building relationships with brands in an expanding number of industry verticals,” David Apple, chief marketing officer of Augme stated in the press release. “Now, we are ready to embrace our message to clients, capitalize on our growth and express our industry leadership through our new brand positioning.”

Paul Arena, CEO of Augme, said the AD LIFE platform is generating license revenues with the company’s current brand clients, and is expected to continue to generate additional, similar revenue streams in the future.
