The new brand showcases a simplified logo, “mSolutions for mMarketing,” reflecting its mobile solutions and products, mConsumer and mHealth. Augme launched its mobile marketing business more than six years ago, and recently achieved a milestone of quarterly revenue at approximately $1.0 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011.
The company attributes this growth primarily to the development of mobile marketing strategies for a growing number of blue chip brands, including big names like Kellogg Company, News Corp. of America and LIONSGATE®.
The company’s patented AD LIFE™v 4.0 software-as-a-service mobile marketing software platform, announced last week, has been a key driver in the company’s strengthening position in the industry.
