RTTNews - Business confidence in Australia turned positive for the first time in 19 months in June.
Survey results from National Australia Bank put the June confidence reading at positive 4.0 points, an increase of 6 points over the May reading of minus-2.0.
It marked the first positive reading for Business Confidence since December of 2007.
NAB also said its measure of current Business Conditions also improved, but remained modestly in negative territory. The Business Conditions index rose 12.0 points in June to a reading of minus-2.
