Australian building approvals witnessed some improvements in June which released with an actual reading -3.5%, compared with the pervious decline by 7.9% that was revised to -6.3%, while the expectations were leading to 3.0%.

Moreover, annualized building approvals dropped to -15.5% during the year ended June, from a -14.4% last year, revised to -13.3%, where the actual reading higher than anticipations that estimated of -10.3%.
