RTTNews - Producer prices in Austria fell 0.1% year-on-year in March, reversing a 0.7% rise in February, the Statistics Austria said Wednesday. The statistical office said this was the steepest decline in producer prices since a 0.3% fall in February 2006.

Month-on-month, producer prices declined 0.5% in March, after remaining flat in the preceding month.

In the first quarter, producer prices showed an annual rise of 0.5%, but fell 1.1% from the previous quarter.
