Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici, stars of season 17 of "The Bachelor,” got married on Sunday at the Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore in Santa Barbara, Calif. The wedding was broadcast live on ABC.

According to reports, the live telecast captured details right from the wedding preparations up until the actual event. Lowe’s father Jay supervised the ceremony, and said that their romance was “an epic fairytale on display for the whole world to see.”

Lowe told ABC News before the wedding: “It feels like just yesterday I was getting down on one knee in Thailand.” He added: “But on the other hand, it feels like we've been counting down to our wedding for a long, long time!”

Giudici posted a picture of her while getting ready for the wedding, with a caption that read: “Getting reading in my @loveophelia #mrslowe robe! #thebachelorwedding @fssantabarbara #countdownlowedown.” She also posted a picture of her with her “Glam Squad.”

“The Bachelor” alumni such as Danielle McBride, Desiree Hartsock, Trista and Ryan Sutter, Jef Holm, Ali Fedotowsky and JP Rosenbaum were among the stars present at the wedding, along with the couple's other close friends and relatives. Lesley Murphy, from Giudici's season of "The Bachelor," was the bridesmaid.

Giudici, 27, wore a Monique Lhuillier gown, which she had reportedly said was “very form-fitting and sexy,” as she exchanged rings designed by Neil Lane with the 30-year-old Lowe.

“The first time that I saw you, you were like a light to my bug. I had to find you. You mesmerize me with how brightly you shine,” Giudici reportedly said in her vows to Lowe, at the altar. “Sometimes I feel like I'm going to explode by how much I love you ... I'm completely consumed by you ... I promise to love you after my heart bursts ... You are my dream and my reality."

Lowe, reportedly followed, saying: “From the moment I met you I wanted more. You had me hooked from the beginning and I didn't want to let you go.” He added: “We met in the strangest way possible ... I know that we met on The Bachelor so that I could fall in love with my best friend ... Every day I am encouraged by your love and your selflessness ... I'm going to love you for eternity.”

Lowe told E! News that their honeymoon will be somewhere tropical. “It will be just the two of us, on the beach,” he said. The actual destination is yet to be announced.
