Goodbye Barcelona, and hello heartbreak! After a tear-filled sixth episode of “The Bachelorette,” emotions will remain high when Desiree Hartsock takes the five remaining guys to Madeira.

Michael Garofola, Brooks Forester, Drew Kenney, Chris Siegfried and Zak Waddell are still in the running for Desiree’s heart. While episode seven appears to begin smoothly, a preview video shows that everyone will shed some tears at some point.

“My fairytale is having a man by my side that loves me and who never gives up,” Desiree says in the promo video. It appears she’s found just that among each of all the remaining men. Whether it's taking a helicopter ride over the water with Chris, watching fireworks with Brooks, horseback riding, kayaking or frolicking on a boat, Desiree is having a romantic and fun time in Madeira.

“I’m just going to trust my heart and know that my heart will find what it needs,” Des continues. “He’s everything I’ve ever needed in my life,” she says of a mystery contestant. And all the guys seem to feel the same.

“Des is the woman I’ve been waiting for,” says one of five guys. “I know we have a future.” Zak can be seen telling Des, “I love you.” Drew sweetly tells Des that he’s falling “more and more in love” with her every day. And another clip shows Des on a mountain top with Brooks shouting, “We’re on cloud nine!”

But everything will be far from cloud nine by the end of episode seven. “I didn’t see this happening,” Drew tells a teary-eyed Desiree. “It’s not something you control, it just happens.”

“The only thing that’s kept me here is you,” she tells Drew as they hug it out. “I can be 100% for you.” But despite her passion-filled words to Drew, it’s not enough. “It’s just never going to work,” says Drew.

“I’ve always loved the wrong people,” says an upset and crying Desiree. “I don’t want to love anyone if they don’t love me the same.”

While what exactly went down with Drew is currently a mystery, it’s enough of a game-changer to bring in host Chris Harrison. “Where do we go from here?” he asks the bachelorette. “Where do you want to go from here?” Desiree’s response? More tears.

Desiree isn’t the only person to be heartbroken by the end of the episode.

“I just did not at all expect this,” says one of the guys. “This is the worst day of my life,” a tearful and distraught Brooks says. “I feel like my heart just exploded in my chest,” another guy echoes. “I’m just completely shocked,” Zak tells Des as another mystery contestant can be seen holding a ring in his hand. “There’s nothing I can say,” voices a torn up Brooks.

So, what’s next? “Honestly, for me, it’s over,” Desiree says to the cameras. “I just want to go home.”

Episode seven of “The Bachelorette” will air on Monday, July 8. What do you think will happen?
