Grab a box of tissues “Bachelorette” viewers, because the two-part finale will DEFINITELY be full of emotional moments and tears. With part one set to air Monday, rumors are circulating that one of Desiree Hartsock’s frontrunners will eliminate himself.

So, who’s the man in the rumors? None other than Brooks Forester.

According to the print edition of Us Weekly, things will become difficult for Desiree during the overnight dates. “In the middle of their date, the man Hartsock considered a potential husband told her he was walking away from their relationship, crushing any chance of a future together,” an insider told the magazine of one contestant. The source continued that the guy in question “regretted his choice almost immediately.”

While a name wasn’t linked with the rumor, it’s easy to speculate that Brooks is the man behind Desiree’s heartbreak.

Brooks has had a special place in Desiree’s heart from the start, landing the first one-on-one date that ended with them dressed up in wedding gear. During the hometown visits, the bachelorette revealed to host Chris Harrison that she has fallen for the 29-year-old sales rep from Salt Lake City – yet the promo video shows both Des and Brooks sobbing.

“I’m falling in love and I’m looking forward to falling even deeper in love,” Desiree can be heard saying in the trailer before everything heads south. “I want someone who I can give my heart over knowing that they will never want to break it.”

Frolicking on the beach, smooching in a helicopter and splashing in the ocean, Desiree seems happy with her three remaining contestants – yet something occurs that sends her on a downward spiral of tears.

“I’m sorry,” Chris Harrison tells Des, grabbing her hand. “I never thought this is where I would be,” she tells him. “I just want to go home, to be honest.”

The promo continues with a confused looking Drew and Chris, and an emotional Brooks. With his face in his hands, he tells the cameras, “I never thought it would be like this.”

“It’s the most emotionally intense ‘Bachelorette’ finale in the show’s history,” Harrison teased to the audience at the end of the “Men Tell All” episode.
