While Kaitlyn Bristowe is struggling with all her romantic connections on “The Bachelorette,” cast off star Britt Nilsson is taking her relationship with Brady Toops to the next level. The ABC reality show caught up with the couple in episode 6, and the 28-year-old Hollywood waitress made the bold move to introduce Brady to her mom.

“I think he’s sweet,” Britt’s mom told her when Brady stepped away. “You have a great new friend.”

Britt was visibly excited about her mom meeting her new squeeze, but she was thrown off when her mom used the word “friend” a handful of times. As she explained to the cameras, the relationship is two months deep and she doesn’t want to just be in the “friend zone” with Brady.

But based on previous updates on “The Bachelorette,” it doesn’t look like Britt has to worry about being just friends with Brady. For those that haven’t been following, Kaitlyn Bristowe beat out Britt Nilsson to become the Season 11 star of “The Bachelorette.” However, Britt still won over a handful of men in the house – and one of those contestants decided to leave the show in order to pursue her!

Brady Toops, a 33-year-old singer-songwriter from Nashville, ultimately ended up quitting during the two-night premiere to see if the sparks between him and Britt were real. Fans received an update about the couple in episode 2, where it was revealed that they were officially boyfriend and girlfriend. In episode 4 the two appeared on screen again to show viewers that they were still together, and Britt even admitted that she could see a future with him.

“I feel like I could not have planned this any better,” Britt told the cameras. “He’s such a good guy. I’m proud to call him my boyfriend.”

Fans of Britt and Brady can stay tuned to “The Bachelorette” on Monday nights to learn more about their relationship.
