Bates Motel1
Things will come to a head between Norma (Vera Farmiga) and Norman (Freddie Highmore) in the Season 3 finale of "Bates Motel." A&E

Brace yourselves, “Bates Motel” fans -- because things are about to get crazy in the Season 3 finale. The A&E “Psycho” prequel will be closing the doors on another wild installment Monday night, and viewers will definitely be left with their jaws on the ground after episode 10, “Unconscious.”

According to the synopsis for the episode, Norma (Vera Farmiga) will be pushed to her “breaking point” thanks to Norman’s (Freddie Highmore) “issues.” She’s been inching closer to the edge all season thanks to his hallucinations, but things have gotten much worse in the past few weeks. Norman even went as far as to accuse his mother of playing a hand in his father’s death and planting the blame on him. With Bob (Kevin Rahm) armed with the information that Norman is a killer, anything could unfold.

That’s not the only drama that will go down. Multiple lives will change in episode 10. Romero’s (Nestor Carbonell) fate will be sealed when he chooses a side in town. Will he put his life at risk in order to take down Bob? Or will he cave in to corruption like his father? Meanwhile, Emma (Olivia Cooke) will seemingly find out about Dylan’s (Max Thieriot) donation to get her on the lung transplant list. But it doesn’t sound like Dylan’s good deed will earn him points with Emma. The synopsis teases that she’ll have an “unexpected reaction to good news.”

Finally, Caleb (Kenny Johnson) will make a decision that will “uproot” his new life. Will it have something to do with Norman? He visited his sister to warn her that her youngest son was mentally unstable. However, his physical encounter with Chick (Ryan Hurst) forced him to leave town. Will something drive him back to White Pine Bay? Or will he be forced to leave Dylan and Norma forever?

Noticeably missing from the synopsis is Bradley (Nicola Peltz). The troubled teen returned to town at the end of episode 8 after revealing that she missed her old life. But after visiting her mother’s home and finding a gym in her old room, she realized that she truly was “dead.” Now alone with Norman, is Bradley’s life at risk? A steamy hookup between the two resulted in Norman hallucinating his mother --- and “Bates Motel” executive producer Kerry Ehrin says that fans should be “very worried.”

“Norman is a loose cannon right now; he’s spinning out,” she explained to TV Guide. “He is having a hard time distinguishing between realities and he’s angry at a lot of people.”

The Season 3 finale of “Bates Motel” will air on A&E on Monday, May 11, at 9 p.m. EDT. What do you think will happen? Check out the promo video and photos for episode 10:
