'Beauty And The Beast' Season 3 Spoilers: Episode 2 Synopsis Released; What Will Happen In 'Primal Fear'?

The heroes of “Beauty and the Beast” will be trying to balance fighting evil and sharing space in Season 3, episode 2. Vincent (Jay Ryan) and Catherine (Kristin Kreuk) will be moving in together after getting engaged in the premiere. However, not everything will be smooth sailing for the couple. According to the synopsis for "Primal Fear," Vincent and Cat might run into a few obstacles.

Moving in together “forces them both to address the rapid changes in their relationship,” the synopsis says. Judging from the trailer below, it looks like Vincent might have some control issues. Their problems might even bring out the beast.

At the same time, they’ll be investigating “a shocking new lead” in their search for whoever is experimenting on people. However, the trailer shows that JT (Austin Basis) might end up in the middle of their investigation. One of the victims of the experiment will go after him.

JT might not be completely helpless, though. He “discovers that there may be some side effects to the medicine he received,” the synopsis teases. The Department of Homeland Security saved JT’s life last year, but they never said how they did it. Could these side effects provide JT with some powers? Hopefully, superpowers will impress Tess’ (Nina Lisandrello) family. JT will also be trying to win over her brothers in this episode.

Elsewhere in episode 2, Heather (Nicole Gale Anderson) will return to town. She’ll have a “surprise announcement” for her sister Cat. Will it involve her upcoming wedding?
