It has been projected that the GDP of the world's leading economy will vary between 3.1 percent and 3.3 percent this year and rise 3.5 percent to 4.2 percent in 2012 and that the jobless rate can vary from 8.4 percent to 8.7 percent this year and actually ease up till 7.6 to 7.9 percent by next year.

While that the PCE inflation may actually rise up to 2.1 to 2.8 percent but plunge till 1.2 to 2.0 percent by next year, having in mind that January projections for this year were higher regarding the change in real GDP and unemployment rate but lower regarding the PCE Inflation.
