BET Awards 2017 Nominees: A Full Nominations Refresher Before June 25 Show 

The biggest night specifically for Black Entertainers of all kinds has finally arrived, with the 16th annual BET Awards scheduled to take place and air live on Sunday night.

The June 25 show, which begins at 8 p.m. EDT and will be hosted by comedian/actress Leslie Jones, is set to honor some of the biggest names in music, movies and sports, with several big awards set to be announced during the live broadcast on BET Channel.

In addition to more traditional awards, other special honors will be handed out during the show. The Humanitarian Award will be presented to Chance The Rapper, while New Edition is set to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award.

In addition to awards, the night is set to be an entertaining one as well, with performances scheduled by A$AP Rocky, Big Sean, Bruno Mars, Chris Brown, DJ Khaled, French Montana, Future, Gucci Mane, Lil Wayne, Mary J, Blige, Tamar Braxton, Trey Songz and more.
