“Real Housewives of New York City” star and Skinnygirl mogul Bethenny Frankel opened up about her health following rumors that she has cancer. The Skinnygirl mogul revealed she does not have cancer, but is dealing with multiple health issues at the moment.

"I don't have cancer. I don't even like that that word is sort of out there," she said in an exclusive interview with Entertainment Tonight Online’s Jennifer Peros. "I have a couple of different female issues going on at the same time that have created kind of the perfect storm, so I am dealing with it."

Fans began to worry about Frankel’s health when a trailer for the new season of the Bravo reality show revealed she would have to undergo surgery for medical reasons. Frankel also talks about having a living will in the upcoming season.

While Frankel admitted it’s a “scary” situation, she is most concerned about her 5-year-old daughter, Bryn. "It's really important to stay strong for my daughter," the New Yorker, 45, said. "It brings up so many things. We can live our lives selfish and single and that's one thing, but when you have a health issue and you have a child, it makes you think about all these different things you wouldn't normally think."

But her health isn’t the only thing Frankel has had to worry about. She is getting close to finalizing her divorce from Jason Hoppy. The two announced their split in 2012 after three years together.

The process has been a lengthy one but is coming to an end. "I feel like justice is being served. It's being handled the way it should be. It's gone on way too long," Frankel told People magazine Monday. "I feel like I survived something. When it all shakes down, I'll be a woman who has not kind of just felt backed into a corner. I stayed strong and I did what was best for myself, my daughter, for women."

To find out how the divorce proceedings went down, tune in to Season 8 of “The Real Housewives of New York City” Wednesday, April 6, at 9 p.m. EDT on Bravo.
