The home previously belonged to fellow singer Cher and was originally listed back in 2008 before the singer changed her mind and took the lavish mansion off the market. In March, however, Cher put it back up for sale.

Beyoncé now has a 13,126-square-foot home with seven bathrooms, nine baths, a theater, a pool, a guest house and more.

Cher celebrated her mansion being sold to the diva by having a party at her home.

The 31-year-old superstar can certainly afford the expensive house, as she and Jay-Z are reportedly pop music’s first billionaire couple.

The 31-year-old Beyoncé is raking in millions from her “Mrs. Carter” world tour, which began in April in Serbia. The Daily Star reports that Beyoncé is set to earn approximately $116 million from the tour. Beyoncé is scheduled to end the U.S. leg of her tour Aug. 5 in New York City, her current place of residence.

She is also making millions as the new face of H&M.

Meanwhile, Jay-Z has earned millions as co-owner of the 40/40 club, which has two locations in New York, and is reportedly selling his small share with the NBA Brooklyn Nets to extend his Roc Nation Sports representation business into basketball, according to Yahoo Sports.
