A feud between Beyoncé and Adele may be brewing as the “Drunk in Love” singer is “beyond jealous” of the 27-year-old English singer, media reports said, citing In Touch magazine. However, Gossip Cop debunked the report, saying the reports are incorrect.

“Beyoncé wanted to release music in December, but she knew it simply couldn’t compare to Adele. She is beyond jealous,” a source told In Touch magazine, according to Gossip Cop.

The source also reportedly said that Beyoncé wanted to collaborate with Adele to boost her career, but the latter turned down the offer. The rejection reportedly made the 34-year-old American singer furious.

Gossip Cop reported that the news was false and Adele had not turned down any offer made by Beyoncé. In November, Adele had addressed reports of a feud between her and Beyoncé, denying any “snub.”

“I would never disrespect her like that. I’m such a fan, oh my God!” Adele reportedly told BBC Radio at the time, adding that her favorite musician was “Queen Bey to the day I die.”

Adele, whose album "25" dropped late November, reportedly crossed Taylor Swift's hugely successful "1989," selling over 8 million units (physical CDs and the streaming equivalent) compared to Swift's over 3 million units in 2015.

On Thursday, ET Online reported that Beyoncé will join Coldplay during their performance at the Pepsi Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show on Feb. 7. Super Bowl 50 will take place at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

Beyoncé also stunned her fans Thursday when she made a surprise appearance on “Lip Sync Battle” joining Channing Tatum onstage while he performed to her hit song “Run the World.”
