Christmas Abbott will stay friends with Josh Martinez post-“Big Brother” Season 19. CBS

“Big Brother” Season 19 runner-up Christmas Abbott recently expressed her love for winner Josh Martinez.

On her Instagram account, the cross-fitter is seen hugging her “meatball.” In her caption, Abbott said that she misses Martinez so much since they left the Big Brother house. She added that she has so much love for her good friend.

Abbott and Martinez developed a very close friendship during their three-month stint in the hit CBS reality TV competition. Whenever Martinez would become emotional, Abbott was there to give him advice as well as a tight hug. In moments where Martinez lashed out at the other houseguests, Abbott served as his voice of reason.

But during the last couple of weeks of “Big Brother” Season 19, Christmas also developed a tight bond with Paul Abrahamian. When the competition was only down to the three of them, Martinez asked Abbott if he will take him to the final two if she ever becomes Head of Household (HOH). But Abbott told Martinez that she still hasn’t decided on it, which means that she will most likely be taking Abrahamian to the final two.

In the end, Martinez and Abrahamian faced off against each other. And when it was time to vote, Abbott chose Abrahamian over Martinez. This led to some fans questioning the athlete’s loyalty and friendship to the first ever Latino winner of “Big Brother.”

Meanwhile, the cast of “Big Brother” Season 19 recently gathered for the show’s after-party. The houseguests shared snaps from the event. Abbott posed with Abrahamian as well as the three other houseguests that voted for him on finale night.

“Big Brother” Season 19 jury member Kevin Schlehuber also shared a series of snaps from the successful gathering that was attended by his wife, as well as Jason Dent’s wife. Schlehuber’s children were also present at the party.

“America’s Favorite Houseguest” Cody Nickson and Jessica Graf also shared photos from their reunion. The couple, who became official while inside the house, had to wait for five weeks to see each other again since Nickson made it to the jury house. Graf, on the other hand, returned to her life in Los Angeles and was cast in “The Bold and the Beautiful” as a guest star.
