“Biggest Loser’s” season 15 winner, Rachel Frederickson, is responding to critics who slammed her stunning weight loss, which was revealed at her final appearance on the NBC series. Originally arriving on the show at 260 pounds, the 5-foot-5 voiceover artist surprised fans and trainers alike when she revealed her new 105-pound frame on Tuesday night. Jaws dropped when Frederickson stepped on the scale, becoming the first person in “Biggest Loser” history to come in underweight at the finale.

And just as quickly as mouths hit the floor due to Frederickson’s new physique, rumors began to fly regarding just how the “Biggest Loser” winner reached her goal of a 59.62 percent fat loss. While some critics go as far to call the season 15 winner “anorexic,” others are letting their opinions fly as they claim Frederickson looks “too skinny.”

What does the slimmest “Biggest Loser” have to say to those hating on her toned figure? Well, the former athlete, who was determined to regain her former shape, said, “I am extremely proud of the way I lost the weight on the show. I followed the advice and the support of the medical team on ‘The Biggest Loser.’”

Frederickson plans to continue following her trainer Dolvett Quince’s fitness plan and Dr. Chery Forberg’s nutritional advice to make sure she doesn’t fall back on old habits. "I've never felt this great, and it's very exciting," the “Biggest Loser” winner said. “Now I'm really in maintenance mode, so now it's going to be about finding either doing a yoga class this day or a spin class this day. I think I'm even going to try dance classes, because I don't have a lot of rhythm, but I feel like it'd be a lot of fun to just add totally new things in."

But the biggest question on everyone's mind is what Frederickson will do with the $250,000 she won for shedding the most weight. “I have this brand new life ahead of me,” she said. “I’m probably going to shop a little bit for some new clothes, but then save it and use it for something really special. It’s gonna be a great life.”

Frederickson might have tiptoed around the question of her new figure, but you don’t have to. What do you think of the season 15 contestant’s final weigh-in? Let us know in the comments section below.
