Call it coincidence, but this is the second celebrity in less than three weeks to have been kicked out of an airplane. This time, the reason being a little different.

American rock musician Billie Joe Armstrong was thrown out of the Southwest Airlines flight from Oakland to Burbank on Thursday for his sagging pants.

It so happened, that when Armstrong boarded the flight, the flight stewardess approached him pointing at his pants which were apparently sagging too low.

According to an ABC producer who was present at the scene, Armstrong thought that at the time of the flight take-off, the stewardess had better business to attend to. But she kept pestering him, and an irritated Armstrong responded: I'm just trying to get to my f**king seat, a Reuters report said.

Armstrong and his companion were then removed from the flight, but Southwest Airlines later apologized for same.

Recently, French actor Gerard Depardieu was thrown out of a plane to Dublin for relieving himself on the cabin carpet.
