Things are getting ugly between exes Blac Chyna and rapper Tyga. The 27-year-old is reportedly prepared to take her former fiancé to court over custody of their 2-year-old son.

According to TMZ, Blac Chyna is seeking sole custody of son King Cairo, as she does not approve of her ex’s rumored romance with 17-year-old Kylie Jenner. She has, however, agreed to allow him weekend visitation. The site reports that Blac Chyna says dating a minor shows Tyga has “bad judgment that translates into his parenting skills.” It has also been reported that she doesn’t want Jenner, stepsister in the Kardashian clan, spending substantial time with King Cairo as she feels she lacks maturity. The former adult dancer is said to have hired a top lawyer to help her in this battle.

This isn’t the first time these two have duked it out over custody. In December 2014 Tyga sought full custody of the tot, saying his "baby mama" was partying too much and not setting the right example for their son. TMZ reported the “Rack City” rapper felt she was spending too much time twerking and drawing attention to herself to be a good parent. At the time, although they had split, they did not have a formal custody order in place. Still, the toddler spent a majority of his time with his mother.

Blac Chyna and Tyga split in August 2014 after dating for nearly three years. They got engaged in December 2012, two months after the birth of their son.
