The Black Eyed Peas are not breaking up, they are just taking a break.

We are not breaking up, Black Eyed Peas member Taboo told Reuters at the launch party for the group's dance game The Black Eyed Peas Experience.

We're going to take a little vacation and focus on our personal things, said member apl.de.ap., Reuters reported.

The group's most recent album -- The Beginning -- was released in November 2010.

When we take breaks you know, we work on side projects and get our personal stuff in order to then come back and make beautiful music, rapper will.i.am. told Ellen Degeneres in a show that will air on Wednesday, Reuters reported.

The Black Eyed Peas will perform their last show of the year on Wednesday at the Sun Life Stadium in Miami, Florida. Guest performers include Sean Kingston and Cee Lo Green, according to the group's Web site.
