In early August, Black Hawk launched a diversified energy and metals exploration program. On August 11, the Company formed Blue Lithium Energy (Blue Lithium), a wholly owned Nevada subsidiary.

On October 19th, 2009, Black Hawk announced that they entered into an equity financing agreement for up to $1,000,000 from private investors.

The signing of the equity financing agreement will allow the Company to fund the implementation of their operations and acquisitions strategy.
