‘The Blacklist’ Star Megan Boone Shares First Photo Of Baby Daughter Days After Episode 18 Shocker

Megan Boone didn’t only have a baby on NBC’s “The Blacklist,” but she also gave birth to a daughter in the real world. Days after her character Liz may have died on the show, Boone shared a photo of her newborn on Instagram after getting home from the hospital.

Boone and her fiancé Dan Estabrook welcomed Caroline Boone Estabrook to the world on Friday, April 15, according to her Instagram post. E! Online confirmed Boone’s pregnancy in November and the actress kept it quiet for the first three months. On Friday, she shared a picture of her daughter’s foot on Instagram, but didn’t reveal her child’s name until Tuesday.

On the show, Boone’s character Liz gave birth to a daughter named Agnes. However, after getting injured in a crash, Liz succumbed to her injuries and she was pronounced dead on the show in episode 18 leaving behind a devastated Tom (Ryan Eggold) and Red (James Spader).

Boone’s future on the show remains uncertain and many fans believe Liz isn’t really dead and she’ll eventually return. Spader recently told Entertainment Weekly that “Elizabeth Keen is dead,” but there’s still a chance for another twist. Red has already faked Liz’s death once on the show, so maybe someone’s faking him out this time.

In episode 19 of “The Blacklist” Season 3, Red will be coping with the loss of Liz. According to the synopsis, Red will protect an “enigmatic beauty” from assailants and will help her get back at them. Watch a promo video for episode 19 below:
