Blake Shelton-Gwen Stefani Update: ‘The Voice’ Coach Thinks It’s ‘Awfully Early’ To Begin A Family With Stefani

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are in no rush to move things forward in their relationship, and are just happy with the way things are. "The Voice" coaches, who started dating shortly after their respective marriages ended, have been spotted together on several occasions since November, when rumors suggested that Stefani may be pregnant with Shelton’s baby.

When asked if he is planning to begin a family with Stefani, Shelton shut down the rumors saying that it was too early to talk about it. Shelton will be seen in Season 10 for “The Voice,” with Stefani as the mentor for his team of singers.

"I think it's awfully early to be talking about that, don't you?" Shelton said, according to Entertainment Tonight (ET), adding that they do not have plans to become roommates anytime soon.

On Saturday, the couple was also seen getting close at a photo booth while attending the wedding of Shelton's stylist, Amanda Craig, in Nashville, Tennessee, ET reported. One photo showed the two squeezed into a photo with a guest and Craig, while another showed Shelton making a funny pose with his girlfriend, Craig and the guest.

Shelton was also seen going for a movie with Stefani and her three sons, just before the wedding, amid reports that he has become comfortable with the “Used To Love You” singer’s children.

A report by Hollywood Life Thursday said, citing a source, that Shelton would be extremely happy to have a child with Stefani. Another report last week by In Touch Weekly said that Stefani was expecting a baby girl with Shelton, but that report was debunked by Gossip Cop.

“Blake would be over the moon if he and Gwen end up having a baby together. Having children has been a dream of his for a long time. He comes across as a carefree, sometimes immature guy, but deep down he’s a family man who wants to be surrounded by children. He always wanted kids with Miranda [Lambert], but her resistance to it was part of the reason they ended up splitting,” the source told Hollywood Life.
