HP TouchSmart 9100 - new business PC pricing $1299!
HP unveiled a third TouchSmart 9100 on Tuesday, calling it a "business PC".
As a business-oriented model, the 9100 is enabling a more interactive, compelling customer experience at businesses such as bridal retailer Priscilla of Boston for luxury dress concierge service, St. Louis Oncology for medical filing, the NBA's Detroit Pistons for instant replays and food, and hotels such as Sheraton and Marriott to provide enhanced customer lobby experiences
There is a TV tuner and an optional Blu-ray drive to show off video on its 23-inch HD display. For the CPU, there is a choice of either 2.26GHz or 2.10GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processors. This TouchSmart has the option of a 64GB SSD or regular hard drives with 250GB or 500GB capacities.
The 9100 will be priced starting from $1299 and will come into the market in early December, HP staff told the reporters at the Oracle Open World conference.
