Charles Barkley will spend 5 days in jail

NBA commentator Charles Barkley has been sentenced to ten days in jail, on Monday, for two counts of driving under the influence, but will have to do only five if he completes an alcohol treatment program.

The TNT network star pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges stemming from his DUI arrest in Scottsdale, AZ, back on December 31 and paid a $2,000 fine. He will start his prison days beginning March 21, but it's uncertain if he's going to Arizona's famed Tent City Jail or somewhere else.
