Michigan Lottery to offer cheaper raffle

The Michigan Lottery is launching  Lucky 7s, a new raffle game that gives players the chance to buy a $10 ticket and win up to $700,000.

 

Lucky 7s tickets go on sale Monday.

 

A tentative drawing is scheduled for May 4.

 

The game will feature 19,820 cash prizes, including two top prizes of $700,000; 18 prizes of $70,000 each; 1,800 tickets worth $1,700; and 18,000 tickets good for $70.

 

Lucky 7s will have a record 1 million tickets available for sale.
