Joshua specializes in helping MBAs, who are frustrated with the job search, to learn new ways of applying their business savvy through exciting social media tools that they didn’t learn in B-school. He began teaching social media to job seekers in 2006 when he realized the internet marketing skills he had acquired from running his own business and career are directly transferable to job seekers.

The program gives me a chance to really listen to job seekers. There is a difference between what I think job-seekers need, and what they REALLY need. I appreciate the exposure and connection with clients.
