T.A.P. Q#376 - I'm Sick of Paying for Parking at Work!
Dear Experts,
I've been working at a company for 2 years and have paid to park every single day. I got my first promotion a few weeks ago that includes a salary raise and a new office. However, I didn't get a parking spot in the company parking lot. Others in my position own this sort of privilege.
I'm not sure if they've forgotten to give me a spot or if they don't have enough money in their budget to afford it. Is it unprofessional or rude to ask what the deal is?
