My favorite book for real estate sales is REO BOOM by Aram Shah and Tim Shah. I believe it was released this year in 2011. It's long, 400 pages but worth every penny. I landed my first REO account using their REO FARM method. Its a great insider book if you want to learn about bank owned properties.
