During the past (6 ) six months< I have been experiencing numerous problems. When reporting the problems, the support or comcast personell would attempt to offer a reason for the malfunction. Upon several occassions workmen were sent out to correct the problem. In a few instances the service performed "momentarily" helped to correct the problem. However, shortly thereafter,some other malfunction would occur. Accidently, some how I discovered the comments posted. I"m posting my displeasure. As a result of several others experiencing similar problems, it appears that Comcast has been "pimping" others also. Well I've had enough. I'm cnacelling my package service. Good luck to all.
Has anyone been reimbursed for the inconveniences incurred? Please advise if applicable.

I can't sign on to comcast.net either. It's been down since yesterday afternoon. All it says is invalid username/password but they're correct. I tried the rest of my family's usernames and passwords and they didn't work either. Has anyone talked to Comcast yet?

Can't sign on or get to my e mail. Alos can not reach comcast on the telephone.

I had the same problem today Erin. I went into the "chat with a comcast rep." and they made a new username and did not fix my problem. when i explained that i didnt want a new username and wanted my old email they made a "priority" ticket for me and said someone else would have to fix this problem since its above their expertise. My main account as well as my secondary accounts are simply gone.
