Jeremy Piven’s co-stars Raul Esparza, Elizabeth Moss happy to see him go

Jeremy Piven co-stars seem happy to see him pulling out of Broadway’s “Speed the Plow,” Fox News reported.

In fact they seem relieved.

Last week due to high count of mercury the “Entourage” star quit the David Mamet play. The show announced two actors would assume the role in his place. Tony Winner Norbert Leo Butz will play the part until January 11 and William H. Macy will take over from January 13 until February 22.

“I’m sure you’ve read the headlines about the silliness in our show.. Today was the first time I really enjoyed playing the show,” actor Raul Esparza addressed the audience at the end of Sunday’s afternoon performance.

Female lead Elizabeth Moss was reportedly “sobbing.”
