Andy Dick arrested on drug, sexual battery charges

Comedian Andy Dick, 42, was arrested Wednesday morning outside a restaurant in Murrieta, reported Fox News.

The police arrived responding to a call at the restaurant to investigate a disturbance outside the Buffalo Wild Wings, according to the Murrieta Police Department’s Web site.

The officers arrived at the scene stopping a truck from leaving the location. Witnesses told the officers that one of the truck occupants had sexually battered a 17-year-old outside Buffalo Wild Wings.

Dick was found in the front passenger seat of the truck. The 17-year-old female and witnesses identified Dick as the assailant.

The site also says that Dick was extremely intoxicated at the time of his arrest and found marijuana and  Xanax were found in Dick’s pants pockets.
