Paris Hilton arrives at a Miami Court

Paris Hilton is in to Miami to fight a court case which claims she refused to promote her 2006 film Pledge This!

The filmmakers are suing Paris for eight million dollars. Lawyers for the filmmakers say that Paris hated the movie and refused for months to make promotional appearances for it despite a contract requiring her to do so.

Paris, 28, is expected to take to the witness stand today (Friday).
