Charlie Sheen wasn't invited to his twin sons' second birthday party yesterday. Sheen's estranged wife Brooke Mueller held a lavish bash for Bob and Max's second birthday at Paris Hilton's family home in Bel Air, California, and while guests included Nicky Hilton and boyfriend David Katzenberg and reality TV star Adrienne Maloof, the boys' dad was noticeably absent.

"Brooke seemed to have a good time too and was relaxed and happy. She seemed focused on her kids and nothing else. There was a lot of security outside at all times to make sure no uninvited guests got in. There was no sign of Charlie at the party."

The party - which was attended by around 60 guests - featured a red, yellow and blue color scheme, balloons and a big bounce castle, while partygoers were treated to Chinese chow mein and salad followed by chocolate cake.

"The party was a casual and child friendly celebration. It's all about Max and Bob and their friends. They seem to be having a great time, and so is Brooke."

Meanwhile, Charlie is set to add more dates to his 'Charlie Sheen LIVE: My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not an Option' tour after the two shows sold out within 18 minutes. Following the news he tweeted:

"Fastball; Detroit/Chicago sold out in minutes... Thanks to Sheen's Cadre..! #WINNING c (sic)"

A sex tape allegedly featuring Usher and his ex-wife is up for sale. The footage shows Usher and Tameka Foster engaged in several X-rated acts.

It is believed the recording of Usher and Tameka - with whom he has two sons, Usher V, three, and two-year-old Naviyd Eli - was among $1 million worth of items that were stolen from his car in December 2009.

It is not clear at which point during Usher and Tameka's relationship the video was made, though TMZ say they have seen the footage and some still images and confirmed it is the former couple.

Damn, if this is true, Ashlee Simpson is for real shady! Rumor has it that Simpson, one month after filing for divorce, was spotted smooching with Craig Owens, one of Wentz's best friends, and an artist that he signed to his own label.

Owens, the frontman for the band Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows (also known as D.R.U.G.S.), is signed to Wentz's label, Decaydance Records.

The Fall Out Boy bassist, 31, even told MTV News last year that Owens was his "favorite new artist of 2010."

But since E! Online reported that Simpson and Owens, both 26, recently shared a "smooch on the lips while shopping in L.A," Wentz might have some fodder for future songs.

"Pete did a lot for this guy," a Wentz source told UsMagazine.com. "Craig was in another band and got kicked out. Pete found Craig, built a band around him and signed him. He's shocked at how this guy is repaying him."

That's such a low blow on their parts, especially after he made this dude's career. And the sick part is, he thinks he's all different, but even if Ashlee sticks with him for a while, she'll bail again when she gets bored or meets a new dude in another band. And of course, they're claiming they're "just really good friends," but I don't know many people that are young single and kiss each other on the lips who are friends, unless they're French or French-Canadian.

I'm kidding about the Nazi part (sort of). Rumors are swirling that Kat Von D & Vanilla Gorilla have pulled the secret wedding thing off. I wouldn't be surprised if they did, but something tells me that these two are too fame-addicted to quietly do much of anything. What do you think?

Go America! Instead of helping out the 1,000's of people who died in the tsunami in Japan, Americans are buying tickets to Charlie Sheen's live comedy tour entitled: "My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat Is Not an Option."

The actor tweeted today: "Fastball; Detroit/Chicago sold out in minutes... Thanks to Sheen's Cadre..! #WINNING c."

And though we might question whether it really is Charlie behind that Twitter account, Ticketmaster confirms that the Detroit and Chicago shows are sold out.

If you're wondering who would produce this guy's comedy show, well, Live Nation would. But then again, they also gave him a machete, so they're clearly not risk-averse.

Kelly Brook admitted that maintaining her figure takes a lot of work and unlike many celebs, Gwen Stefani agrees:

“Maintaining my post-baby body is a daily struggle. I’d like to have no rules and eat what I want, but I’ve learned over the years that I’m so disappointed when I can’t wear the clothes I want to wear.”

“I used to vomit after meals. It’s not something I’m proud of. But, I tell you what, a lot of people came up to me telling me how great I looked and I’d be on the cover of every magazine. I thought I looked good and it was great to be able to try on clothes and feel a million dollars. But I wasn’t happy, I really wasn’t. I would love to be the skinniest person in the world but I can’t do that without being unhappy — I like food.

People who are famous and successful and live in this mad world tend to die really early, or kill themselves or die in a drugs overdose. I’d rather not so I figure I will go and eat. My idea of hell would be doing this in 25 years’ time. I don’t want to be like Madonna — look at her, she’s mental. No offense but that is not what drives me. I want to get married and have kids and make sandwiches cutting the crusts off.”

Christina Aguilera got drunk just three days after being arrested for public intoxication -at the same place. Aguilera and her boyfriend Matt Rutler, 25, reportedly returned to Los Angeles' Osteria Mozza eatery - where they had been drinking prior to being arrested by police on March 1 - on March 4 where they downed wine and left seeming "tipsy".

An onlooker told Usmagazine.com: "She acted as if the arrest never happened. When their server offered them dessert, they asked for more wine. She seemed tipsy.

"She should see the arrest as a wake-up call, but she doesn't. She doesn't think things are that bad. She's nearly fall-down wasted nearly every night."
