Things don’t look good for Bobbi Kristina Brown. A day after her aunt, Pat Houston, announced she was taken to hospice care, her family gathered at the facility, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Thursday.

Paparazzi have parked themselves outside of Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia, and captured photos of father Bobby Brown pulling up to see his daughter, whose condition has “deteriorated.” Pat Houston, who was named a co-guardian along with Bobby Brown, has also been to visit Bobbi Kristina, the AJC added.

Bobbi Kristina has been unresponsive since friend Max Lamas and boyfriend Nick Gordon found her in a bathtub in her suburban Atlanta home on Jan. 31. The incident was initially called an accident by the Roswell Police Department, but now the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office is investigating the case.

“The Roswell Police Department has forwarded its investigative file to our office,” Fulton County DA Paul L. Howard Jr. said in a statement Thursday, according to WTVT. “In view of the new circumstances regarding the health status of Bobbi Kristina Brown, we will be reviewing the case with greater interest. An announcement regarding a charging decision, if any, will be made at the appropriate time.”

Some have wondered if charges will be brought against Gordon, who falsely claimed to be Bobbi Kristina’s husband. A lawsuit filed Wednesday by her conservator, Bedelia C. Hargrove, claimed he physically abused her and stole $11,000 while she was in a medically induced coma. The suit is seeking $10 million in punitive damages, saying the amount is “based on the foregoing wrongful conduct by [Gordon], which was knowing willful, intentional, reckless and/or grossly negligent.” He is accused in the lawsuit of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and transferring money from her account into his own without authorization.

Gordon has not responded to the lawsuit on social media, but instead posted pictures of Bobbi Kristina and wrote that he would not give up hope. His Twitter page has since been deleted.
