Bobbi Kristina Brown’s fate has turned into a family feud as her aunt Pat Houston and grandmother Cissy Houston are debating with Bobby Brown to take her off life support, media reports said Thursday. The daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston has remained in a medically induced coma since Jan. 31 when she was found unresponsive in a bathtub at her Atlanta home.

Since then, the 22-year-old has shown no signs of improvement and is dependent on life support, but her father has been optimistic about her recovery. Earlier, sources had reportedly claimed that Bobbi Kristina’s family members had no plans of taking her off life support anytime soon, even as Aunt Pat has been trying to convince Bobby Brown, who has the authority to take all medical decisions for his daughter.

“Of course Bobby wants Krissy to wake up and return to her life. That’s all he wants. But there doesn’t seem to be a lot of hope and the Houston family is resigned to the fact that keeping Krissy on life support may not be the best option," a source said, according to the Inquistr. “They don’t think what Bobby is doing is the best thing for her.”

A source close to Bobbi Kristina’s family reportedly said that “nothing has improved” for her even after she was moved to the DeKalb Medical facility in Atlanta in mid-March after spending weeks at the city's Emory University Hospital. It was reportedly Bobby Brown's belief that there would be an improvement in Bobbi Kristina’s condition after being moved to the rehabilitation facility, which is reportedly known for its long-term care.

“She is still unresponsive and unfortunately hasn’t made any progress in the new place,” the family source reportedly said. “This is heartbreaking for everyone who loves her so much, but Cissy and the rest of the Houston family feel like God should be making the final decision about her future.”

According to sources, the family is also concerned if Bobby Brown will remain available to make an emergency medical decision for Bobbi Kristina as he might head to Australia next month, the Christian Today reported. The 46-year-old singer, who was originally slated to begin touring Australia with rappers Treach and Kay-Gee of "Naughty by Nature" in March, has canceled a number of shows because of his daughter’s medical condition.

Last week, Bobby Brown made his first public appearance since the aspiring actress was hospitalized by performing at the Soul Food Festival in Los Angeles. The “My Prerogative” singer reportedly headed straight back to his daughter in Atlanta following the performance.

“I wanna thank all of y'all for coming out tonight, for supporting me and my family,” he said, during the performance, according to People. "Rough times are rough times. Hard times are hard times. I don't know what the hell I'm going through right now, but I'm giving it to God."
