After Whitney Houston's death, Bobbi Kristina has decided to altogether change her first and last name, TMZ reported.

Whitney and Bobby got married in July 1992. In 2006, the couple split ending their 14 years of marriage that was marred by drug abuse and battery charge.

Bobbi Kristina will take over her mom's entire property while her dad will receive nothing according to Whitney's will.

Bobbi has decided to change her name completely to “Kristina Houston.”

“We're told Bobbi has made the decision with a sober mind and is in a better place than she's been in a while. It's unclear when she plans to make the change official,” TMZ reported.

Bobbi spoke out for the first time since the death of her mother during an interview with Oprah Winfrey on her show. During the interview Bobbi said: I feel her [spirit] pass through me all the time. Lights turn on and off and I'm like, 'Mom, what are you doing?' I can still laugh with her and still talk to her.

The interview which aired on OWN's Oprah's Next Chapter got a record 3.5 million viewers, Sunday.

During the interview Bobbi said that her mother was her best friend. She also said that “I can hear her voice, you know, and spirit talking to me, telling me, you know, 'keep moving baby. I'm right here. I got you' ... she's always with me. I can always feel her.”
