She’s been one of the people who has been openly critical of her brother’s relationship with the enemy. However, Steffy will decide to put her own feelings about Sally aside as she tries to make peace between Thomas and Ridge on the Friday, May 26 episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful.”

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) made it clear to Sally (Courtney Hope) that she thought Thomas (Pierson Fode) could do better than her, but Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) took things one step further when it came to keeping Thomas from the woman he claims to love. After learning that Thomas gave Sally $100,000 on the CBS soap, Ridge fired his son from the company, and quickly replaced him as a designer with Zende (Rome Flynn).

Though Steffy initially felt Thomas was making the wrong decisions when it came to Sally as well, she isn’t okay with him being fired and no longer a part of the Forrester team. Knowing that getting him back will mean having to accept having Sally in his life, Steffy will swallow her pride and summon both Ridge and Eric (John McCook) to discuss a plan for getting Thomas back. When she meets with them, she will admit that she was wrong about Thomas’ feelings for Sally, and she will do whatever she can to get him back into the family.

“I thought Thomas’ involvement with Sally was because of me being CEO,” she says in a preview clip. “But it’s not. Their feelings are real, they’ve been dating for months. And it’s not just going to go away.”

However, as they try to find a way to lure Thomas back to the family company, the Spectra clan is also prepared to see more of him now that he has invested the money in their company and will expect to see results, including not only significant numbers of designs, but also ones that he knows haven’t been poached from anywhere else. And while they are grateful that he saved them from closure, Shirley (Patrica Darbo) will make sure to warn Saul (Alex Wyse) that they better be prepared to see Thomas around a lot more and potentially pulling strings.

“Now that Thomas has invested mucho dinero in the company, he’s going to be hanging around a lot more,” she says in the clip.

Of course, that may not sit well with Saul, because he also wants to make sure that the influence that Thomas has doesn’t affect things at Spectra, or how Sally works. However, if he wants to see the company continue to stay open, he may need to put up with Thomas’ presence even if he doesn’t want to.

“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs weekdays at 1:30 p.m. EDT on CBS.
