Bones star Emily Deschanel and her husband, David Hornsby from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, welcomed their first child Wednesday, a boy named Henry Hornsby.
Deschanel told E! News she was pregnant in March, reports eonline.com.
She was also on the cover of Fit Pregnancy, where she said, I really like being pregnant. I'm in awe of the process and the science. And seeing my belly move is pretty amazing; it's like in the movie 'Alien.'
Entertainment Weekly reported in May that the season finale of Bones revealed that Deschanel's real-life pregnancy would be worked into the show when her character told Booth, played by David Boreanaz, that she was pregnant.
Deschanel and Hornsby married on Sept. 25, 2010, in a small private ceremony in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles. Now the couple begin a new chapter in their lives along with their son Henry.
