Brad Pritt and Angelina Jolie are planning to tie the knot, three sources told Us Weekly.

The couple, together for six years, are raising six children and are expected to get hitched in their recently renovated French abode, according to the magazine.

The ceremony is expected to be in stark contrast to that of Pitt's previous nuptial with Jennifer Aniston in 2000.

A source said the affair would be intimate and informal.

Rumors previously swirled about the couple's plan's to wed in New Orleans and the Seychelles --other reports claimed the couple had planned a ceremony in India. All were unfounded.

Pitt, 47 and Jolie, 36, have repeatedly said they would not get married until it was equal for same-sex couples however in a recent interview with USA Today, Pitt said her kids want the couple to be man and wife.

It's meaning more and more to them, she said.
