Demi Lovato and Britney Spears have officially signed on to join the "X Factor" as judges this season.
Britney Spears just began her two-year residency at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

Several Britney Spears fans are reportedly upset after their $2,500 VIP meet-and-greet tickets resulted in only a "3-second" photo opportunity with the star, says a source speaking to Radar Online.

Included in the pricey package was a front-row ticket to Spears' "Piece of Me" show in Las Vegas and Britney merchandise, like a special edition T-shirt and signed poster. But the biggest draw of the VIP package turned out to be a major disappointment for many of her fans.

“Fans were told before the meet-and-greet that they were not to hug or touch Britney without her permission and they weren’t allowed to bring her any gifts,” a source told Radar. “And then once they finally got to meet her it was like smile, take a photo, goodbye. Each person literally got like 3-seconds with her.”

The source added that the star simply got an "awkward and uncomfortable" experience and Spears just "smiled and nodded and said ‘thank-you’ a lot.”
