Britney Spears is set to enter the comic book world. Come March 2011, a comic book biopic of the star will hit stands under Bluewater Production’s celebrity Fame series.

The 32-page comic book will cover all the ups and downs of Britney Spears’ life and loves.

The Fame series generally delves in the public and private persona of a celebrity. The focus is on the grit and determination shown by the stars to stay on top despite the constant public glare on their smallest moves.

The issue author is Patrick McCray and in a press release by Bluewaters he says, “Beyond the performer, there is a real human being there, struggling for a real life, struggling to connect with her art, and struggling to be understood.”

The cover art and drawings have been done by Ricardo Jaime. The issue will retail for $3.99 and be available on most online venues like Amazon.com as well as local comic book stores.

Bluewater launched the Fame series in 2010. They have covered Mark Zuckerberg, Robert Pattinson, David Beckham, the cast of Glee, Danica Patrick, Kristin Stewart and Justin Bieber.

Britney’s official site describes the comic book story as the story of a survivor . The Fame series comes in the wake of Female Force and Political Power series.
