With an estimated net worth of $200 million, it is doubtful that Britney Spears doesn't already have every material object she could think of. The 32-year-old pop star, who is also expected to make $15 million per year during her two-year stint at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, confirmed on Sunday that she's not asking for much this Christmas.

"What do I want Santa to bring me? -- I have everything," she said while promoting the Sunday night premiere of her E! special, "I Am Britney Jean."

"I'm so happy. I don't need anything. I just want good health, happiness and love."

She has plenty of reason to be happy. She has a new boyfriend, David Lucado, and her show in Vegas starts in just a few days. The setlist was revealed in her documentary, and includes older hits such as "Oops … I Did it Again,” and new singles such as “Work B----.”

While she may have every gadget she wants, when asked about her sons, Sean Preston, 8, and Jayden, 7, she said that they are expecting a lot from Santa this holiday season.

"They want everything under the sun -- iPad Minis, new phones," Spears said. "They act like they're 27 years old. You're eight and seven years old, you can't have an iPad Mini and a phone! They're into gadgets right now. They're into games, computers and all electronic things."

Lucado balances it out with his simple tastes. "David is really easy going," Spears said. "If I just got him a card, he'd be really happy, something simple like that."

They can exchange gifts while they are together on Christmas Day. "For Christmas, we'll just have a big family dinner. For New Year's Eve, we'll probably go to a party at [Las Vegas restaurant] Koi."
