WWE and UFC star Brock Lesnar appears to have recovered from multiple stomach surgeries — and he found an impressive way to prove it.

Lesnar, 36, and his wife, fellow WWE talent Sable, ate a huge amount of food on Monday during a trip to Fresco, an Italian restaurant in Montclair, N.J., where they ordered a meal worth more than $500, TMZ reports.

Lesnar, who stands 6-foot-3 and weighs nearly 300 pounds, showed fans that his bout with diverticulitis, a condition that usually affects the large intestine, hasn’t suppressed his appetite. While dining at Fresco, he split an order of Ahi tuna (with asparagus) and margherita pizza with his wife. The former UFC Heavyweight champion also ordered — and reportedly devoured — a full bowl of parpadelle bolognese, as well as a plate of chicken parmesan with triple-extra chicken. In all, the order cost more than $500, TMZ reports.

For dessert, the three-time WWE champion finished off the sizeable meal with a slice of cheesecake. Still, it turns out that Lesnar’s in-ring reputation as a tough guy doesn’t apparently extend to restaurant workers. He reportedly left a “very generous” tip for the wait staff who remained past closing to tend to his culinary whims.

Lesnar in recent years has battled various stomach ailments. In 2009, he was diagnosed with a serious case of diverticulitis. Two years later, Lesnar announced his retirement from the UFC after multiple surgeries -- one of which reportedly forced the removal of a 12-inch section of his colon.
