Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare DLC 2, titled Continuum, is set to release April 18, and there’s a brand new Zombies trailer to watch. In a press release, Activision announced the upcoming season pass content.

Before getting to Zombies, let’s first talk multiplayer. Here are the names and descriptions of the four maps the expansion contains.

  • Turista: A resort nestled in the giant skeleton of an ancient creature. The map’s three-lane design is suited for both sniping and close-quarters combat.
  • Scrap: A map with extended sightlines and tactical pathways set in an abandoned lunar junkyard
  • Archive: A three-lane map set in a post-futurist art gallery. The inside of the galley meshes with faster combat, while the outside remains open.
  • Excess: A reimagined version of Rust from Modern Warfare 2. It retains the fast-paced combat of the original map.

Beyond multiplayer, Continuum also brings Infinite Warfare’s third main Zombies chapter. Keeping with the retro aesthetic of its predecessors, Shaolin Shuffle takes place in 1970s New York. While horror is still the basis of the chapter’s narrative, there will be an additional layer of kung-fu action too. Jackie Brown’s Pam Grier, Robot Chicken’s Seth Green and Jay Pharoah and Sasheer Zamata of Saturday Night Live will be on hand to provide celebrity guest vocal talents.

The Willard Wyler narrative of the previous chapters will continue as well. Infinity Ward’s Lee Ross recently teased a character named Arthur McIntosh, but there’s no word yet on how he or the central protagonists fit into the story.

In terms of gameplay, players will be able to unlock four different kung-fu combat styles with varying moves.

As with all other DLC packs, Continuum will be sold as a season pass download or as a $14.99 standalone purchase. The April 18 release date only applies to PS4. PC and Xbox One versions generally arrive about one month later.

Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare is available now on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
