Back in May, Activision announced Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and revealed all the details about the story, gameplay and release date for the hit first-person shooter series.

"This year, we're both honoring the heritage of Call of Duty while taking players to incredible new heights," said Activision CEO Eric Hirshberg. "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is a bold, new vision from the studio that created the original Call of Duty and Modern Warfare, and an adventure on an insanely epic scale that only Call of Duty could deliver."

In Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, you will play as Captain Reyes, a Tier 1 Special Operations pilot who leads the coalition forces against a relentless enemy, while trying to overcome the deadly environments of space. After an attack on the headquarters of UNSA, Lt. Nick Reyes must take the helm of the Retribution, one of Earth’s last remaining warships. In time, he must lead the coalition of forces against the relentless Settlement Defense Front. Throughout the game, Reyes will engage with soldiers, flight crew, and others, as he leads his forces in battle.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will be released worldwide on November 4 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will have multiplayer mode

While the multiplayer mode and more maps will be released later this year, Activision confirmed that it will feature an “evolution of Call of Duty’s movement system with an emphasis on front-line engagement.” This means that we’ll see more maps, Titanfall-style. You’ll also be able to achieve goals in “creative ways based on your specific play style.”

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare gets ‘Zombies in Spaceland’ mode

Activision announced the new zombies mode for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Zombies in Spaceland, during Gamesom 2016. The co-op Zombies mode puts you in the shoes of four aspiring actors, all whom have come to a movie theater for an audition by director Willard Wyler. You’ll get to meet the jock, the nerd, the valley girl, and the rapper - as they are zapped into Whyer’s movie, which takes place in the 1980’s where they face off against waves of zombies in a space-themed amusement park.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will have new weapons

Weapons have always been a huge part of Call of Duty multiplayer. Weapons in-game include ballistic, melee, energy, and Prototype weapons. You’ll also be able to personalize your play style with any array of weapon attachments.
